Celeste wants her customers to be happy with their purchase and receive a perfect fit.
We advise all customers to email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for any size queries to avoid exchange shipping cost for the customer.
However if you have already receive your ring and you've ordered the incorrect size you can purchase exchange shipping for an exchange only
No refunds will be given unless a product is faulty.
Your order must be sent back unworn, in original condition and with it's original packaging within 14 days and there must be proof of purchase
If you need to exchange an item:
- Purchase return/exchange shipping
- Send you item for exchange to:
- Please enclose details for your exchange in parcel or type requested size in comments/notes when purchasing return/exhange
- Customers need to be responsible for shipping and handling to return an exchange to Celeste Twikler and this return/exchange shipping must also be purchased so the new item can be sent out to you.
- If the exchange parcel does not arrive safely we can not give an exchange, so we suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance to send any item back to Celeste Twikler
- Your exchange will be sent out as soon as we receive item being exchanged.
