Exchange and refund policy



EXCHANGE

We do offer an exchange if the incorrect ring size is selected by the customer. The customer is required to pay any shipping cost associated with the exchange.

We do supply a ring size chart on our website to avoid this process and insist that if you have any concerns you contact us at info@celestetwikler.com before placing your order.

We do not offer an exchange for change of mind. 

We do not offer an exchange on any pendants purchased on a lava chain.

We do not offer an exchange on earrings for hygiene reasons. 

Any purchase of sale items is final.

Customers must contact exchages@celestetwikler.com within 7 days of receiving their goods to request an exchange. 

Upon exchange request, we will forward the full instructions for exchange. 

Celeste Twikler cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during an exchange or return. The customer must be careful to address clearly, wrap secure and registered post the item being returned.

Any items not securely packaged will not be accepted. Any item wrapped only in bubble wrap or in an envelope will not be accepted. The item must be protected by its original box.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless the item is proven to be faulty in which we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund of our choice depending on the fault.
