EXCHANGE
We only offer exchange on incorrect ring sizes.
All other items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If you order the incorrect size, you are welcome to exchange it for another ring size, but please be aware any items from the Atlantis collection will take another 3-4 weeks as the ring will need to be remade. Any postage fees for exchange will be charged to the customer.

Customers who select an incorrect ring size may opt for an exchange; however, they are responsible for covering any shipping costs related to the exchange. Furthermore, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
Once a purchase is made on any other item other than rings, no refunds or exchange will be issued for a change of heart.
No exchange of sale items.
Please lodge your exchange within 14 days of receiving your goods through our return center.

Upon submitting the exchange request, comprehensive instructions for the exchange process will be provided.
Celeste Twikler cannot assume liability for lost or damaged items during the exchange or return process. Customers are advised to ensure clear addressing, secure packaging, and the use of registered post when returning items.
Please note that inadequately packaged items will not be accepted. Items wrapped solely in bubble wrap or enclosed in an envelope without original packaging will also be ineligible for return. The original box must be used to safeguard the item, which should remain unworn and in its original condition.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds unless the item is proven to be faulty in which we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund of our choice depending on the fault.
Proof of purchase is required for any refunds or exchange.
