We offer a 3 -month limited warranty on materials or manufacturing defects in the unlikely case of faults *this does not extend to herringbone and snake chains; there is no warranty given on snapped, bent or broken chains as this is due to mishandeling*.
All our jewellery is of the highest standard and quality checked before it is sent to you.
You will need proof of purchase from our online store or stockists to make a warranty claim.
Click the returns centre link below and follow the prompts. Orders exceeding the 14 day exchange policy will not be searchable please contact Celeste directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a warranty extending past this date.
This warranty covers you from the date of purchase.
If your item is faulty, we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund of our choice depending on the fault.
The outcome of a warranty is at the discretion of Celeste Twikler.
This warranty does not cover damage or loss, kinks or change in colour (tarnish), as a result of normal wear and tear nor will it cover mishandling or neglect from its wearer, this includes any breakage of herringbone or snake chains due to bends, or snags. Every chain goes through meticulous quality control before being sent out to ensure it is in perfect condition.
The warranty is void if external attempts of repair are made.
If you have a broken piece out of the 3-month warranty or the damage is not considered a fault we will do our best to supply an affordable and fair solution to repair your jewellery.
